Due to rising costs and people not responding or "no showing" at appointments

there is now a $20 per animal non refundable application fee.

When your fee has been paid we will e-mail you with a potential surgery date.

You must be 18 years or older to fill out this form.  By submitting this form you are confirming that the pet listed is either a personal pet, or a feral cat in your neighborhood.  

 

We have 3 partners, S/Nipped in Coos Bay,  Myrtle Veterinary Hospital in Coquille, and Morgan Veterinary Hospital in Coos Bay.  We will assign you according to spaces available.

You are responsible for the cost of Post-Op Medication, which will range from $10 - $26.

 

We can not do male dog/cats that are have had only 1 testicle "drop".  

S/Nipped will not spay/neuter animals over 5 years old. 

 

If you "now show" your appointment you may be banned from our program.

IF YOU HAVE A FERAL OR HARD TO HANDLE CAT THEY CAN ONLY GO TO SNIPPED.  

PLEASE WRITE  "FERAL" OR "HARD TO HANDLE" INSTEAD OF WHAT BREED IT IS.
